What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces. Since each product requires a custom-made mold, which we keep for 2–3 years for future reorders, we are unable to support single-item purchases.
What information do I need to provide before placing an order?
To receive a quote, please provide a clear design of the product you’d like to customize, the desired quantity, size, and your contact information so we can get in touch with you promptly.

Do you protect the copyright of customer designs?
Absolutely. We strongly respect and protect every designer’s intellectual property. We never reproduce or sell your designs. All molds are kept exclusively for the original customer. If needed, we’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and can also send the molds to you upon request.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes. We keep in close contact with you throughout every key stage of production and only proceed with your approval. If any issues arise due to our production process, we take full responsibility and will remake your items.
Do your products have relevant certifications?
Yes, our products meet EU certification standards. You can view the documentation at this link, or contact our team to receive the full certificate.
Design & Customization
Do you offer design services on your website?
No, we do not provide full design services. We generate production artwork based on the designs you submit and help match colors using the PMS Matching System.
Are there any requirements for the design files I submit?
Vector files such as .AI or .EPS are ideal. We also accept .JPG, .PDF, .TIFF, .PNG, .PSD, or .BMP files—just make sure your artwork is at least 4x larger than the actual pin size and is clear enough for production.
Can you help with back cards or other packaging accessories?
Just send us your back card or accessory design—we’ll handle the production and pack everything neatly with your custom pins before shipping it all together.
Can I make changes to my design after submission?
Yes, of course. Just make sure all revisions are finalized before you approve the final art proof. Once the art proof is confirmed, no further changes can be made.
Can I supply my own special materials (e.g. glitter powder)?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of special materials for effects like glow-in-the-dark, glitter, and more. If you have your own specific materials or preferences, we can source or incorporate them into your product based on your instructions.
Production Process
Will I get a better price for repeat orders?
Yes! We keep your mold on file for 2–3 years, so any repeat orders placed during that period won’t require a new mold fee—making reorders much more cost-effective.
How much does one item cost?
We do not offer fixed unit prices, as the cost depends on several factors such as design size, level of detail, quantity, and technique. Once you send us your design, we’ll provide a detailed quotation.
Generally speaking, the more you order, the lower the unit cost. For example, a complex and large design may cost around $5 USD per piece.
Will I receive updates during the production process?
Yes! We offer one-on-one customer service, guiding you through every stage—from confirming the artwork to the final delivery. You’ll be updated at each key production milestone.
Do you offer factory discounts?
Yes, we regularly run special discount campaigns—usually every month. The discount rate varies depending on the promotion. If you’d like to stay updated on our latest offers, be sure to follow us on Instagram.
How long does production take?
For simple products, production usually takes around 2 weeks. For complex or high-volume orders, it may take up to 1.5 months.
If you’re on a tight schedule, rush production is available for an additional fee.
