What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just 30 pieces.
However, we recommend ordering 50 pieces or more to get significantly better pricing per unit. The higher your quantity, the lower the unit cost—without compromising quality.
How long does production take?
Production time varies by design complexity and effects used. On average, it takes 3–4 weeks from design approval to completion. Simple pins may take as little as 2 weeks, while complex lapel pins with special effects or packaging may require longer.
Can I mix multiple designs in one bulk order?
Yes, if the total quantity exceeds our MOQ (minimum order quantity), you can mix several designs in a single order. For example, 2 designs with 25 pieces each is acceptable as long as the total is 50 or more.
Can I get a pre-production sample before mass production?
Yes. We can provide a pre-production sample for a small fee, especially for larger or high-value orders. This allows you to review the final quality before we proceed with full production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you’re located, we can deliver your order using trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS.
Can I choose my preferred shipping method?
